I don't know that it's broken, but it sure is obsolete! It will only build a command file record for keyed files with key size of 7 and record size of either 88 or 94. So, if you've converted all your source files to .ibs it won't include those! I also see that it is still asking if you want to compile for 502?? Yep, this puppy is WAY overdue for an update.
