Dr Watson has gotten out of hand and some clarification is in order.

There's two, maybe three versions around. drwtsn32.exe and drwatson.exe. Maybe dwwin.exe.

drwtsn32.exe is talked about as a XP version.

drwatson.exe is the version on my Vista and Win7 PC's

And, where do "windows Error Reporting" and "Problem Reports and Solutions" come in?

There's supposed to be API's for this new stuff. So, instead of the "Send this error to Microsoft" popup is a "Send this error to Signature" possible?
