Reporter-Key range

I have a file with a subkey of INGOT (len 16, pos 9). When I run a report selecting a specific ingot (no key range) I get 1 record after a minute or two of processing. I thought I'd try the key range so I put in the range and added the KEYNAME INGOT command (though Reporter) but I do not get the record. I expanded the range to insure the record was within the range, still no selection. Attached are the IBR and LOG files.
