Both the old and Wiki documentation for the ENTER into CUtlCpy lack the double commas after "CUtlCpy" and the double quoted data.

Should be ...

ENTER CUtlCpy,,"MyTextFile.txt,DSK,MyPersonalTextFile.txt,$(CATEMP),Y,Y,T"
