XAP on Comet32...>

I'm setting up a new CometAnywhere/XAP server in a VMWare environment. Win 2008R2 server hosts Comet Services, a Win7 64-bit VM is running Comet. On the Win7 VM I'm running Comet455 and am testing XAP. When I send a request to the XAP server I get the attached error message on the XAP Comet.
