The screen shot is from Vista.
When you get the left dialog displayed, click Advanced.
In the right dialog's upper box, click "Message Text". You should now see the "Message Box" settings.
Caveat. Other Windows programs use these settings and you may not like the overall results.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
