ESCAPETO Command in Comet32

Did the ESCAPETO command change in Comet32? Our F3/F10 traps no longer seem to function in Comet32 with any compiled objects. The example below functions in Comet16 but not Comet32.

CLEAR
ESCAPETO 6000
5000 PAUSE (18) & GOTO 5000
6000 MSGBOX('F3/F10 PRESSED')
RUN 'QMONITOR'
