I had that happen on my lap top. If you look at the source you will probably see that one tab is the URL address and the other is the hard drive address. I'm not sure how to correct this but I found UE to have a problem finding my source files when I was NOT connected to the internet. I just made sure I was connected at hotels when I was working on programs and then the only problem I had is waht you described.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
