Comet PDF problem

pdfFactory handled this situation OK. "Comet PDF" isn't.

1) program PR opens printer "LAY" which directs the PDF to DocMgr "SPY". A (SpoolMessage=) is issued.

2) PR1, the next overlay, prints the register

3) PR2 prints the G/L Distribution. PR2 ENTERs PR21.

4) PR21 Closes all LUN's, opens "LAY", issues a (SpoolMessage=), prints an audit report, closes "LAY", and EXITs back to PR2. PR2 then runs the P/R menu where all LUNs are closed. At this point the PR PDF gets added to DocMgr.

PR21 is hanging up at the CLOSE and times out without an error. The PR21 PDF is created (in the "Comet PDF" folder) but is never added to DocMgr.

I changed "LAY" to "LAA" but still got the loop. I changed "LAY" to "SP1" and PR21 ran fine. So this is a "Comet PDF"/DocMgr glitch.

The fix, for PR, was to have PR2 close "LAY" before the ENTER into PR21.
