A perfect storm of circumstances. First, a license was erroneously issued with only Comet2012 licenses on it. Corrected licenses followed. Install at customer account involved two people at PDF which resulted in a good license.txt file and a bad 000100999.txt plug # file. Guess which file the security server opens first if both exist... Learn something new every day.
