We now have about 10 customers on Windows 2003 servers using the USB Security Dongle and almost daily one of them calls and says that an error reading 'USB Plug Removal Detected' and nobody can enter Comet. They are on the latest USB drivers and this isn't helping. It is a wide array of USB ports ranging from Compaq's to Dells to IBM's so it is not a problem w/the USB ports. We need help or we will have to trade in the USB plugs for parallel port models.
