Still have lots of trouble on my office Win7 developer system with CometEx Move/Copy. Quit reporting the occurances :( And I shy away from using CometEx on customer systems.
Via RDP to customer server (2008), running the CAW Host, I was using CometEx to view directory contents and deleting junk. All OK. Noticed some OBJ's that needed to be moved. I tried moving ten files from NEW to OBJ. Used the right-click, drag and drop method. After 4 copies, received the attached message. None of the buttons work (the "X" works sometimes). Usually have to kill CometEx and Comet processes via Task Manager. Fortunately it was early and I didn't screw up any CAW clients.
One place where CometEx always does Move/Copy sucessfully is a customer with their own IT guy. He does some light Comet programming. We do CometEx when I'm there. He still has an XP SP3 PC in his office.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
