OK, I think I've resolved this. By going into my local machine ( remember, this has a single-plug and that's how I was using it for 3-4 months before starting migration to the server ) and terminating Comet Services I was able to compile with no errors. I've got to make sure that any time I start up & exit the local C: drive Comet that I must terminate Comet services prior to running & compiling off of the network drive.
