So, I have been thinking about this all day today. Round is an attribute of a variable just like string/numeric, common/local, length and precision.

So if in one program some common variable is rounded and in another it is not, that variable would stop the common passing process and no further variables would be passed. All variables up to that point would be passed correctly. That variable and all subsequent variables would not be passed.

We need to think about this further. Maybe the round attribute should be ignored in the common passing process.
