1) Topic is "Printing from DocMgr". Not "Printing to DocMgr". CED commands and QSPOOL browser are of no interest or relevance to this thread.

2) Agree about IP blocking. But blocking a whole country is a bit heavyhanded. So how about some granularity. Blocking by state. Say ... ummmm .... PA.
