I installed the Windows 8 "Consumer Preview", and did some basic testing, including Comet. Appearance is pretty similar to Windows 7, with the exception of a full screen "Apps" screen that replaces the start button. The latest version of Comet ran without incident. Like Vista and Windows 7, we had to disable global autotuning for good network performance.
