Your printers dialog

Problems with "Your Printers" dialog

1) dialog comes up too far to the right. In full screen mode the right side of the dialog is off the screen.

2) just added LBA-Z to DocMgr. The list stops at "LBI". DocMgr displays the full list. Already have LAA-Z :)

3) make the dialog taller to show more printers.
