PrnCnfg.vbs Missing

Running latest Comet Releases on customer's XP PRO machine/Comet16.
Attempting to run CometPDFSetup.
Keep getting message: "PrnCnfg.vbs not found"
I mouse Click on OK button and CometPDFSetup terminates & exits.
What am i missing?
