At a command prompt I have checked the attributes of the file - A for archive. I have added the Read-only attribute and removed the Read-only attribute. Same thing. As this is a time-sensitive issue ( I have recently put in the order to expand the number of licenses, they want this ASAP ), I must retrieve the file to my system, sysgen and then transfer back the .cfg files.
