OK, John, you're making progress! Are the converted files in GLW? It is looking for .ibr files in that directory. If that's not where they are, select the correct directory for your reports.

The other customer is running the old Reporter menu because it can't find #CFILES. In this case it will attempt to run the old Reporter from the UTR folder. Once you are all converted, you no longer need UTR. The current Reporter is in UTL.
