Is there a chance that the current Reporter is no longer handling image files, regardless of C16 or C32? I have an end user with one major file remaining as Image and they have been upgraded to current Comet, all running on 32-bit OS workstation & servers. The image file happens to be their Item file. Running a .ibr on this file as well as running legacy *reports on the program both yield results that tell me the image file is being read instead of readimage.
