Hmmm... OK when you try to log in, look in the dialog window for the security server and see how many of the following messages you see:

Located licensing certificate file.
Validating license.txt file for plug xxxx....

If you don't see the first message, there is something wrong with either the location or name of the license.txt file. If you see the second one, make sure the plug number displayed in the message is correct. If so, then perhaps the license.txt has been corrupted on some way.
