It was Saturday night. Just after midnight (04/14/12 00:34:20 P00). The user was remote connected to his workstation. I doubt if there were any other users.

He says he was doing the conversion in batches using the "J" option. He had two errors before he realized it was empty QSPOOL jobs that caused the error. He found and deleted all empty jobs in SP4 and went ahead and completed the conversion.
