I'm caught up with the fed's. By the fed's leadership, state and local have taken a LEAD in Pennsylvania. Payroll reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually are now web based. There is confusion across the board with all of the above but MY Comet apps are compliant!! FYI.
