If Cosw.ini & CoswGlob.ini is on the server it will have no affect on the CA client printer. It works in your office because Cosw is using the same .ini files. Remember that CA printers are generally unknown to the host machine so you can make no assumptions about them. You'll need to add code to perform a "SelectFont" in order to guarantee compatibility across local and remote printers.
