When we issue the certificates we give you 2 copies, one named license.txt and one named by the plug number such as 00012345.txt. The security server will look for the one by plug number first. So if you put down a new license.txt and still have the old plug number one that could explain the problem. Look in your Comet Services folder. If you do have the old plug number one and the new license.txt try just erasing the plug number one and then restart the security server..
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
