copyfile issue

One of my clients have been having copyfile issues with comet anywhere and one of them I have been able to reproduce. Even though, when setting the flags, I include 2048 (overwrite existing file), this appears to no longer works. If the copyfile finds an existing file, I now get a function error 20. This did not use to happen. The client is on all the latest releases. I can duplicate this in my office on both my windows xp machine and my windows 7 machine.
