Just installed 2011.461.
Very first Comet 32 program we run crashes with an Error 44 in a dummy input.
My code display a small message window (Comet window not Windoze) and wait for user to hit TAB to acknowledge.
User window is self formatting and this one is probably not much more than 40 characters wide by 5 lines.
Input is a unformated input with a work variable of 252:
INPUT (0) WORK$
There is a possibility that no (TM) or (TP) have been issued (using implied).
Generates an ERROR 44 I/O buffer overflow.
I temporary changed this line to a 'WAIT' statement and it works. I cannot leave it like that because in is in a library that is used all over and sometimes WORK$ may have an answer to a prompt.
Tested using Comet32 2011.461 REL 12.07 on two Windows XP (32) station.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
