I am guessing that this is a comet32 problem, since these reports are so infrequent. You do seem to imply that this happens every time you print a line range.
Now, I am curious. I can't even run qspool on Comet32. It is too smart to let me. Did you change this on your system somehow?
I did test printing a line range using the latest comet16 and it worked correctly with no corruption.
I recon we need more specifics about your configuration. I agree that comet should not clobber the qspool control file.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
