Comet2004 startup

Hi All,

I've been running Comet2004 for quite a while now, including CFAM.
However, I just tried installing on Steve's machine in the office
and run into the following problem. Steve is running Win2000 against
our Win2000 server. We are on current versions of everything:

COSC display

Loading COSH
COSH has been started
COSH? (1)
COSH? (2)
COSH? (3)
COSH Window found
COSH Registration in progress
COSH Startup in Progress...

then a dialog comes up:
Comet IPC Init: A fatal error occured while loading CFAM.
