DocMgr Import bug

At a customer. Latest Comet. XP SP3.

1) The Import dialog displayed "24/24/24" for the date and time. The files were PDF's moved from two different AutoSave folders to a server share. A DocMgr archive had been inadvertently cleared and we were adding back yesterday's PDF's to the backup of the prior night.

2) After the import the customer wanted to rename the PDF's. But, Rename only displayed "Programname (T00)". He also wanted to remove the "[Date-Time]". Had make the rest of the changes via CometEx and Windows Explorer.
