OK, different customer but equally problematic. This account is running C2k11 462/12.07 on a 64-bit Win7 PC. They are doing straight, local printing to laserjet printers and I'm getting that they are not online or powered up. Put the debug indicators in and got this:
CreateDC with DEVMODE failed(0)
CreateDC failed (0)
Thread Started (0): Open failed (HP4200N:QTIL909(T09))
Thread Ended
I get the same Not Online or Not Powered Up when printing to Adobe PDF via printer redirection! The good news is that I can print to LPH.....
