CUTLCPY error in Comet32

The "ENTER CUTLCPY" in the new Reporter works in Comet16. It does not work in Comet32.

As I read the error pop up and the source listing, 000027 is

File (#) CSV

and the next line is

READ (#,PassFormat).

And, shouldn't Begin: begin at 000000 instead of 000073?
