Any reason not to upgrade to most current ServerProducts 11.4 from 10.3, as well as moving to C2012.463 with rel 12.08 and utl 12.04? I usally try to keep rel/utl at same release level unless it's an issue.

Also, is there a newer xtl to download? The latest I see is 12.02. Doesn't this need to match the rel level?
