You must remember that it's a software/hardware thing. 32 vs 64. Hardware/Software 32/64. I don't presently think you MUST go 64 bit software and 64 bit hardware at the same time NOW!! Why? If you want to push the PAST buy 64-bit hardware and install 32-bit Windows 7/8.
