DSTAT (X00) 33,3 returning lowercase rather than actual

Just loaded all current Comet versions C2012.463 with REL12.08 and UTL12.04, running C32 on Server2008R2.

Previous version was C2010.419 with REL/UTL 10.04.

We make extensive use of NNPARTF and ZZPARTF files. Current version does not report DSTAT (X00) 33,3 properly. Example: Node name is "CHI06" from comet shortcut launch, "/PN=CHI06". Current returned value is in lowercase now, "chi06" and causes all programs to crash looking for wrong key value in NNPARTF and validation of data in ZZPARTF.

I need a fix to this or a previous version to go back to greater than C2010.419 that has DSTAT value returning properly.
