For the past year been working on Pennsylvania's new Payroll ACT32 stuff. It's been a challenge! It involves tax deductions. If you're a business you MUST deduct local taxes PERIOD!! Unemployment taxes also!? All via Penna web site. So as a Comet dealer I must adhere to local/state/fed mandate regardless of complexity. Recently adhered to STATE 2012 mandates for un-employment payroll issues only to discover that I had to revert to 2004 laws. So I had to hurry up and go backwards?? In your state/county/country be aware!!
