Personally when I want a quick search for IBS and INC sources, I use Windoze Explorer's search. Works good & quick.
For real searches in Comet I have a small utility I wrote back in the Q-Days (Yes I know, I'm getting old). It was part of a series of program to do a complete source-file cross reference.
If you want I give to you. You specify up to 5 different search strings and first-file/last-file and it writes all the lines it found into a 94,k,15 file called XREF that I just dump to a Text Printer and it shows LineData+Source+Line where line is the CED source line number or a line number for IBS and INC. It automatically includes all CED files 94,k,7 and all text files (shows only first 80 chars). Key is source+line.
