I ran this OK without incident. I suspect the reason you crashed was because you included testpgm.ibs in quotes. The first quote would have been converted to a Q using the invalid character transation, so your program tried to open QTESTPGM.IBS. Try typing this:

SEEK TESTPGM.IBS

I think it will work fine for you.
