I'm not sure where you're copying the files to on the local machine, but there could be a security issue (local admin rights, etc). 1 idea would be to attempt to copy the file to the CATEMP folder on the local machine. That folder is erased whenever Comet starts. I'm not sure if a readonly file would get stuck there and not cleared, but that would be worth a shot. If the copy were successful, you could then copy it to wherever you need it on the local machine. Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
