DocMgr Import

On this DocMgr import, the date/time is messed up.

Last night, at home, the PDF was created in my VirtualPC (Comet 16)and saved from Adobe Reader to the VirtualPC desktop. This morning it was moved to a folder on my server as a prep for emailing. The import was run on the VirualPC and Comet16.
