I found that if a program uses the Base256( ) function to convert from Base64, the result which should be 75% of the original, is always 3 bytes longer.
In my test, a 72 bytes input would yield 57 bytes, the expected 54 bytes + 3 'junk' and 60 bytes would return 48 bytes, the 45 + 3 junk.
I tested different variations and it seems like it is consistent.
Could not test with Comet16 as this is all Comet32 code.
Tested with Comet32 2012.467 Rel 12.08 Utl 12.04
