These are hard disk errors. You might look in the file server log for more info. Make sure error logging is turned on in the File Server: (click View->Properties, then check Log Messages). After the error happens, look in your CometSrv.log file which you'll find in the LOGS folder under your Comet Services folder. You may also see an error in the file server dialog display.
Once you've found the problem you may want to turn logging off again as it could affect performance.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
