I put the OPT("L") option in the Compile Line.
I received the same errors as reported earlier. I opened the .LST file and saw the compile results I expected to see in my UE Compile Window. The program did compile and there were no errors.
I then ran CAPI and compiled again. Capi diagnostics showed the following:

I noticed that the CATEMP directory has the Comet QDIR files and a file named CAUPDVSN.TXT. The file has two lines. The first line reads 455. The second line is blank.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
