Log out of the CA host then look at the Security Server console. See if it thinks there are still CA licenses in use. If so, they somehow either got used by another workstation (someone started Comet using the CA host shortcut) or the Security Server is messed up. If the Security Server doesn't show any CA licenses in use, then watch its screen while you try to start the CA host again. Maybe an old certificate is being used.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
