I see from the log that email went through on the 14th but stopped working on the 15th. What is confusing is that you said "Email does not go through the Exchange server." Does that mean that email SHOULD not go through the exchange server or that it stopped for some reason?
1. Temporarily, Remove the "silent" from the email.ini file
2. Use the emailptr.obj I attach here. This is just to make sure we have the same object and I can see the stack addresses when the error occurs.
3. Get me the emailptr stack addresses when it errors out. This is from qtility 20.
4. When you specify "mail" for the port, it translates to port 25. Make sure that port is what is desired.
I have not dealt with exchange server. Maybe someone else has. Perhaps its logs will point you to the source of the error.
