I have a scheduled task on our server that starts Comet. The target should look just like your normal shortcut to Comet in that it should use Comet.exe and include the /PN=xxxx. Also, Brian is looking in to the problem of CosC not shutting down on some systems. It happens on one of our servers so hopefully he'll be able to track it down.
