OK this is what my test program was showing also. I have changed Comet32 to match Comet16 behavior at least for this example. I'm still confused as to why we made the change in .463 which "broke" this. The comments for the change were very clear that the intention was to strip the variables when doing INPUT from the screen. The new change will be in the .471 release.
