If default is 10 concurrent jobs, why did I get a device inop after only 4 (at the 5th)?

Can these settings be incorporated in the COSWGLOB.INI ? Otherwise I have to go around 80+ computers to change individual settings....

Is there a way to force a COSW.INI when a new one is created ?
