I don't see anything in the logs that explains a crash. Unfortunately when it crashes it can't write to the log because it crashed! Maybe a dump from dear Dr. Watson of CFileSrv.exe would be helpful.
One minor thing in your CometNTService.log indicates that CasMonitor.exe is no longer starting up as a service. If you don't want it to, you can make a change in CometNTService.ini so you don't get the error message. Check ProcCount. If you just want CSecSrv, CFileSrv, and CFamNetServer, set ProcCount=3.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
